IST-Africa 2013 Conference Proceedings

The IST-Africa 2013 Conference Proceedings brings together a comprehensive collection of over 100 contributions on industrial, government or societal exploitation of applied ICT, representing cutting edge research and practical eAdoption from Africa and Europe. These contributions can be used to benchmark regional and national developments and identify potential partners and exploitation opportunities.

Reflecting the breadth and depth of ICT related research undertaken by the contributors, the contents are broken down into twelve broad thematic areas: Cloud Computing; Digital Libraries; eGovernment and eDemocracy; eHealth; eInfrastructures; ICT for eInclusion and eAccessibility; ICT for Environmental Sustainability and eAgriculture; ICT Regulatory Frameworks; Living Labs; Mobile Applications; Open Source Software; Technology Enhanced Learning and ICT Skills.

The IST-Africa Community Members enjoy free access to over 800 high quality research papers published in IST-Africa Conference Proceedings since 2006. All papers were selected through a double blind peer review process, addressing a range of thematic areas relevant to Africa grouped by Thematic Area.

Papers are grouped by Thematic Area, Year of Publication and Paper Type, and can be searched by Paper Title and Author Name. All papers are published in pdf format.

While everyone is welcome to search the IST-Africa Paper Repository, only Community Members can download papers.
