Transport

Pretoria lies approximately 50km north of Johannesburg.

Directions from Johannesburg to the CSIR International Convention Centre

Take N1 North. Take Lynnwood Road offramp (after Atterbury Road). Turn right over the highway. Turn left immediately after crossing the bridge (into Meiring Naude Road). Cross over one set of traffic lights (Kings Highway). Turn right into CSIR South Gate entrance. Keep left following the CSIR International Convention Centre signs.

Directions from Johannesburg Airport to the CSIR International Convention Centre

Take the R21 North towards Pretoria. Where the R21 crosses the N1, turn onto the N1 North. Then follow the directions as above.

Directions from the North

Take the N1 South. Cross over the N4 and carry on past the CSIR and take the Atterbury Road offramp (after passing under Lynnwood Road). Turn right over the highway and then immediately turn right to take the onramp onto the N1 North. Then follow the directions as above.

Note: there is no offramp from the North, nor onramp to the North at Lynnwood Road.
