Hotel Accommodation

Hotel Accommodation in Safari Court Hotel (4*) and Hotel Safari (3*) (Conference hotels within conference centre complex) can also be booked online as part of conference registration. Delegates are strongly recommended to book their accommodation early as it will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and there are a fixed number of bedrooms available.

Hotel accommodation can only be confirmed upon receipt of the associated payment.

It is important that all transactions are saved to one profile per user so please do not register again. Accepted presenters will only be offered the presenter fee if you log in using the same account as the paper submission.
