Over 12,000 IST-Africa Community Members already enjoy free access to over 1,500 high quality research papers published in IST-Africa Conference Proceedings since 2006. All papers were selected through a double blind peer review process, addressing a range of thematic areas relevant to Africa grouped by Thematic Area.
