The conference language is English. Full papers can focus on sharing Research results (Technical or visionary) or Case studies (business, civil society or government case studies) within the scope of the Conference. Papers should be submitted online by the extended deadline of 19 December 2014.
Full Papers accepted for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and physically presented during the conference will also be submitted to IEEE Xplore as a secondary publication channel.
Each presenter will present one paper in the programme.
Full Papers (4,000 - 5,000 words) using the IST-Africa Template must be registered on the conference portal by extended deadline of 19 December 2014.

Authors should now review the IPC feedback provided on accepted papers and submit their updated Final Paper using the IST-Africa paper template via their My Page by 06 March. Presenters should complete online registration by 10 March to ensure that final accepted papers can be included in the Proceedings.
